- Announce the availability of your property with a mailing to a list of potential buyers.
- Promote your property directly to a network of over 50 real estate agents and brokers.
- Personally invite neighbors to your first open house so they can tell any friends or family members that they know are in the market.

- Create ideal environment for showcasing your property with music, fresh-baked cookies, and lighting.

- I personally attend almost all of my open houses.
Coordinating the Transaction
- Manage the completion and processing of all contracts and paperwork
- Manage inspections, paperwork, and negotiations (my personal favorite) with direct communication with you.
